Cover girl , Milani, physicians formula
everything not cruelty free i'd say, but i have the higgwst problems with l'oreal since they own a lot of companies which people don't know of being unaware of the animal cruelty

Wet&Wild is the worst for me except for nail polish, 2nd Covergirl stinks also. Its different for everyone and I have very watery eyes. ULTA brand is pretty bad to.

wow just reading all the emotions this question sparked! remember, its only makeup. for me personally I took the question to mean which is my least favorite meaning one Im least likely to purchase, not worst quality necissarily. there are many reasons why something might be a least favorite or most loved etc. I think whatever works for you is great everyone should use whatever makes them happy. we are lucky to have so many choices. I use a lot of different brands and have a few that have come to be favs over time. I think everyone can and should have his or her own opinion and keep using whatever you love :-)

Covergirl really pisses me off their foundation dont stay neither do the lipsticks, lipgloss is sticky idk just dont like that brand at all :(

Covergirl. Their shadows are ridiculous, so I refuse to buy any of their other stuff. Wait. Once I used their mascara in the red tube it wasn't bad. once their shadows failed me, I stopped buying it.
