I'm not the best with make up but when I do wear eyeshadow i feel like the outline is like way to hard as in looks if that makes any sense at all. It just looks like it ends to fast and it's not smooth. Anyways I usually use Nyx, ultas brand or stila if that makes a difference! :)

Make sure you have a nice fluffy brush to blend, also if it still looks a little too harsh, use a lighter color like a skintone or white on the brush and use wind shield wiper motions and circular motions

What Liza C. said!!! Also, try not to hold your brush with too much of a stiff hand or you won't have as much control!

Use a flesh toned eyeshadow or even your regular face powder to help blend out the top edge. That always helps me get that really nice diffused look. Also hold you brushes more towards the middle and end of the handle. That makes the brush do the work instead of you. Also circlular motions and windshield wiper motions are your best friends:-)
