Good eyeliner pencil?

What's a good brand for eyeliner pencils? The one I've been using doesn't stay on at all and goes on really light. I want something really black. For the lower lashline.

Also, what kind of white/nude eyeliner do you use in the waterline? I wanna try it...

I love Maybelline Unstoppable eyeliner it's pretty much the only eyeliner that stays on my waterline for more then a couple hours. It stays on my waterline for a full school day and its really smooth and pigmented.

Urban decay 24/7 pencils are the best..water resistant and they don't budge..! try out zero it is so dark you will love it.
