I have gross skin and need a green concealer to help cover it up. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have the coastal scents eclipse pallet and it comes with many shades of concealer and I have a really big zit that was really red I used the green in that pallet and covered it with my foundation and it covered it perfectly
