Matte foundation. :) Rimmel has one.
Jordana has a lengthening mascara.

Covergirl lashblastlength is a good lengthening mascara. And I think that every girl should have bb cream and foundation.
Maybelline New York Dream Fresh bb cream is great. And Rimmel London Stay Matte is a great foundation for oily skin.

If you have oily skin DO NOT get the maybelline bb cream. It will slide right off your face. Go with the garnier bb cream or the covergirl 3-in-1 foundation.

Try neutrogena oil free moisturizer, so that your pores can breathe

I agree with a matte foundation. It should keep oil under control. Powder foundations are also good for oily skin. If you use a liquid, just make sure to set it with a powder! Good foundations for you would include MUFE Matte Velvet+, Bare Minerals Matte, Kat Von D Lock It, and Estee Lauder Doublewear.
As for mascara, my all time favorite lengthening mascara is the Maybelline Lash Stiletto. It is a dream and I have never, ever had it clump.
