She needs to follow the natural line of her eyebrows like this picture; this shows where her brows need to start, arch, and end. I highly recommend Anastasia Beverly Hills products, I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time on other products like Elf, Nyx,
Too Faced, Benefit and the list continues and just tried Anastasia first. I use Brow Wiz to help give me a line of where to fill in and then I use Dipbrow Pomade to fill the rest of my brows in.

Youtube and Pinterest really helped teach me how to fill in my brows and I make sure to always look for natural vs bold... And concealer clean up is a must!

Agree I use the NYX Brow cake. it 2-4$ and works great.

Here is a color chart and for dark hair brows need to be about two shades lighter and for blondes it needs to be two shades darker. Remember that brows are sisters not twins! They don't have to be exaxtly the same...
