I work at Sephora. First of all darling, I am almost positive you have to be 18 years old to work there. 2nd, I think it is very cool that you are so eager to get a job and do what you need to do to show who you are, ( through your photo's, makeup looks.) You would never have to do that though. They would see you in person and look at your resume. From my understanding, it can be hard to get a job, so if they take your application, they will look at your work history. Retail is super important because you have to SELL SELL SELL. Makeup art skills is a plus but they train you anyways. I would suggest you get a Job that involves retail and then when you turn 18 you should apply! I am not trying to be a debbie downer, i am just letting you know the truth. Good Luck.

I tried to apply when i was 16 they said I couldnt until I was 18. but I would treat it like any other retail job.. i don't think you need to attatch pictures.

I will try again though I do not know if the management is bad at the store I apply or what? Whenever I walk in there are new faces !! But am not in Canada am in US
