I find that celebrity looks get a lot of hits on YouTube. So if you do a smokey eye/nude lip look you could call it a "Kim Kardashian inspired look" or something. The Great Gatsby is a great movie- I highly recommend it! It actually helped inspire my new makeup look. It's a lot of neutrals and simplicity.
Most looks I see are simply named for what they are. "Neutral eye with pop of color." Etc.

I struggle with finding names for my photos too ahaha I usually name them with songs or albums titles I'm listening to/I love (most of the times they're pretty random lol). But for makeup tutorials ugh, I don't really know >.< You can maybe title the video with the name of a product you used, especially if it's the main product. I don't know ahah not really helpful sorry!

Hmm well I would say have a name in mind before you start a look as opposed to after. That way you can really use the name in the look as much as possible. Like if you do a blue eye look but then name it mermaid afterwards when the only "mermaid" element is the color blue. You could take inspiration from nature, events (prom, birthday, school, work, first date, etc) movies or tv shows, color schemes (black and white look).

Most people do look for celebrity inspired looks :) But I would also recommend that you just put what you feel. you are an artist! :)
