Yes! Or at least it works for me! On some days I spray it first and then add a layer of lotion over it for extra moisture.

It's perfect for putting moisturizer on your back, because it's so easy and you don't have to do that weird thing with your arms. Also you should be fine about the breakouts as long as you don't use it on your face or anywhere you have active acne.
