Hair up for sure! Why? So hair won't get caught in straps of your dress. It also emphasizes your nice shoulders. With hair up, the look of your dress appears longer thus making you tall and thinner. On the front, the focal point will be your dress. Let the people see your whole dress in front and not to divide their attention by looking at your hair when down. Just my opinion though. Those sample pics with hair up are nice.
