I can't really recommend anything, but I agree with Jacqlyn. Using lemon can really harm skin.

I use a sort of weird home-made "serum" about once or twice a week that has helped immensely with reducing scars and marks (this one I actually use all over my body). I make individual batches of this:
In a really small glass bowl I sprinkle:
About 1/2 teaspoon of l-absorbic acid powder/Vit C (you can buy this at most health food or organic food stores)
1/2 teaspoon water to dissolve. I use purified water, although I am not sure if it matters.
2-3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
I use this tiny little mini-wisk I have to make an emulsion, then rub it all over my body like lotion. I used to have lots of tiny scars all over my legs from scrapes/shaving when I was younger and they are pretty much all gone. This whole little recipe ought to cost right around ten dollars but should last a long long time. You just can't make it in bulk or ahead of time bc the vitamin C will break down. :)

I think bio oil may work on your body but other similar alternatives without mineral oil would be best. maybe for your face try mederma :-)
