If you have a cool blonde color, I would go with cool colors like blue, turquoise, green, or purple colors. If you have warm blonde tones, I would stick with warm colors like pinks and reds, or orange and yellows(if that's your thing, not personally mine).
Or instead of sticking to cool tones/colors and warm tones/colors, you can play with Pastel vs vibrant colors working with your specific hair color. If you have a cooler blonde tone, I would stick with pastels and maybe go for a more vibrant or bright color if you have warm tones in your hair.
But overall, I don't think you can go wrong with any color, they would all look awesome in a medium blonde hair!
I'm personally a fan of all pastels though I think pastel blonde and purple works with everything =)
