Urbans naked skin is TECHNICALLY a medium buildable coverage. It is what I'm currently using and I only like full coverage too. It doesn't take much at all to give the full coverage effect and it is very light.

Estee lauder double wear is amazing and doesn't transfer I also like naked skin by urban decay like Delaney said. If I am using a foundation that I love but doesn't give me enough coverage I like to use stilas bb creams as a base & primer while also adding a little more coverage and evening my skin tone. I love their illuminating one as well if I want a more dewy finish
