I have heard good things about Ardell but I don't use lashes so I don't really know about the glue situation.

Ardell Demi wispies are amazeballz!! Natural looking but still show enough to make a difference. When I attempt lashes - it's always Ardell

The hair store sells a variety of lashes and walmart sells some with the glue included if I remember correctly.

The Eyelure brand is cheap, comes with glue that dries clear and has a great variety to choose from. And they can be found at pharmacies and grocery stores :-)
