Rest your elbow on a flat surface

Can you also use tape or use a q-tip or makeup wipe to make things sharper.

That's really good for first time! I've done winged eyeliner countless of times and I still have to remove some of it or clean it up about 7 times! Just clean the wing up! :)

If you have ever used this eyeliner you have to scrub until it gets it's goes red.

Ok thanks for all your advice don't wear makeup much so I never practice putting it on. Everyday at school I haven't got enough time to even put on mascara! I don't want my photo to be embarrassing, they always are lol

Focus on making the end of the wing a little more pointed,it will make it look more clean and simple:)
