I can never make perfect buns but when i rarley do after about an hour or 2 it hurts my head and makes my hair go all funny! It can really hurt sometimes and its sooo annoying coz people r like I ❤ UR HAIR WHEN ITS IN A BUN!!! help me is there a way i can make a ultra loose bun?

I tie mine twice instead of three times , pull the front a little , pull the bun back wards , & it's super loose ' yet cute ! I have bad headaches all the time , & this didn't cause me one like a tighter bun would !
