Sensitive Skin: Skincare and Foundation

My skin is very sensitive, I can't use any acid based products at all! I'm curious what the best cleansers/toners would be. I'm currently trying the Simple brand but I'm not sure how it is just yet.

Also, I'm curious about foundations friendly to sensitive skin. I've heard amazing things aboutRevlons Colorstay, but I'm apprehensive towards new Rosicrucians...
