So I purchased the new Lorac summer glo pallet 4/3/14. UPS says it was delivered last week but no package! I checked my office, I checked with the leasing ladies many times. I called UPS and started a claim. I call a little Lorac customer service messaging center twice! I don't want to repurchase with out getting my money back or the reship of the product that I originally purchased. :...-( tears.

Whoa thats really unfair! You should register a complaint with the delivery company, email them with details. They usually only deliver to the person who's name a product was purchased with and the delivery guy should check your photo identity proof before delivering. You should seek a consumer grievance redressal if they don't answer your emails. Good luck!

The pains of living in an apartment. Someone could've picked up from your stoop. That has happened to me before. I hope Lorac sends you out another one and if so I would request that it goes to the leasing office staff so that way you know it will be there for you. I'm sorry this happened to you. I hope the situation is corrected for you soon.

No it's different I have both abd checked them side by side they are similar but different. Kohls also sells the summerGLO palette and there is also an exclusive one at Ulta again, it's called afterGLO I also purchased that one. It should be arriving this Wednesday!
