My hair grows at an exceptionally slow rate but I'be been using biotin for the past few months. My hair went from growing about a 1/2 inch in two months to growing a little more than a 1/2 inch in a month. I haven't had a lot of hair fall and my nails have been quite strong, I say give them a try!
