Skin problems. Help please 😭

I've always had issues with my skin. In elementary school it was just acne- now it's barely any acne but I have tons other problems to deal with so I have some questions.

1. Powder always makes my face look really dry- but then by the end of the day my face is so oily my makeup practically slides off. Is there anything to help this?

2. Blackheads. I have them all over my nose and along side of it. How do I get rid of them at home? I don't want to spend money on pore strips. And how do I keep them away? -I don't sleep with makeup on-

3. Huge pores. It's ridiculous it looks like I have holes in my face. How do you take care of them?
