I think they're very similar, so it doesn't matter, but I like the top skirt better.

I don't agree. 1 is better because your top is plain so you need to balance that out with a busier skirt so I think 1 is better :)

1, it's always been 'stripes with red' the top is a solid colour so the patterns suit it. It still looks nice with the stripes, just a bit boring.
