NARS outlaw is amazing! Contour suggestions include too faced chocolate soleil and mac'a blunt. Or a MSF in a shade darker than your foundation.

I'd get a bronzer since it's summer there and you'd end up getting a tan so instead of buying a separate foundation just add some bronzer which is what I did when it was summer. If you're wanting definition without bronzer use a lighter foundation or powder to highlight the face which will contrast with your actual color and give a bit if depth without adding a darker shade and then you could put in blush. I'd go for a coral shade, I like ELFs blush in twinkle pink.
