You could wear it with a cardagin and scarf like I did. (excuse my hair I was home all day.😁)

I wear leggings or thick tights with thigh highs/knee socks layered over, add a cardigan, scarf, beanie or other hat you like. I wear mine with 20 eyelet docs to keep extra warm.

No No No...Do not wear opaque tights. Wear thick tights...That's what I always do. Pair it with an infinity scarf and you done and dusted...wear a cardigan for a casual look or...wear a leather jacket without the infinity scarf for a Dressed up look...if you want to pair the scarf with the leather jacket you need to find the perfect match.
