Help!! I went totally OCD on my nails and I think I destroyed my cuticles. I basically don't have any. What is the best way to heal and care for them? I have always been bad and gone overboard.

Coconut oil does wonders for the cuticles. :)

Mix coconut oil and olive oil.. massage it gently 2-3 times a day.. it works for me.. hope it works for you too.
