I need a new liquid eyeliner! I usually use Maybelline Ultra Liner in black and waterproof and I've been using that for the past two years almost. I used to love it but my recent re-purchase of it, the formula was not the same like really watery and I don't know it was just horrible! So I'm looking to purchase something else.
And I need a drugstore one since I can't really order online at the moment and I live in a small town with only walmart and Kmart lol.

Awesome! For some reason my walmart doesn't carry Wet n Wild lol. I'll have to look at Kmart. But I'm definitely going to check out the Rimmel Scandal eyes one!

I really like the LOreal infallible liner, its almost a dupe for the kat von d tattoo liner. Thats my go to but other good one are from the wet n wild brand. the only one I hated was NYC. suckd ass;/

Almay liquid eyeliner is the BEST. I've been using it for years and it will not irritate your eyes at all, it stays on for hours I've even woke up the next day and its still on, and I just love this eyeliner I reccomend it to everyone(:

If you like a stiffer tip, go for the Milani eye tech. If you prefer a more flexible tip, wet n wild mega liner is amazing, or the Maybelline hyper glossy. :)

I always forget about the brand Almay for some reason lol! Thanks for the suggestion Allison! :)
And thank you Robyn! I've never really worked with a stiffer tip yet or for a long time really lol.
And you know what they say Sandra, practice makes perfect! :)
