One of my friends had bleached her hair and dyed it all blue, her roots grew out dark brown so she bleached her roots, but the color came out green.
can we re-bleach her hair, if so what bleach do I get

This has happened because her roots must of bleached down to a yellow and blue and yellow makes green

Wait untill it fades out. putting bleach over the green may push it farther into the hair shaft making it close to impossible to lift out. or try to put the blue over the green part. it may come out just fine.

You can bleach it again and put blue back on just watch the bleach while it's processing don't leave it too long

Definitely don't bleach it again, it could cause it to stain the hair making it impossible to get out (it happened to me through a bleach bath, so I definitely wouldn't risk full on bleach)
I agree with Kelly, fade it or just put the blue over it, no one will notice if her roots are a little darker/greener
