A nice dress and some heels would be fun. Maybe a light pink or blue cuz it would complement your skin tone and be springy. As for makeup don't go to crazy. Simple and nice is always better. If you're not great at doing your makeup maybe put your hair in a cute style so peoples attention will be on that
