NYX blush in Taupe is what I use as well - it's not super pigmented, so you really have to work with it, but the color itself is great for contouring.
Even if you could find a matte, taupe-ish or just cool brown eyeshadow, that would work well.

I've heard really good things about the nyx blush in taupe for pale girls. Or you could always try a powder that's a few shades darker than your skin tone.

Essence sun club bronzer for blondes. Technically it's for really light skin tones. It worked great for me until I went on vacation and got a tan now it's too light. It's completely matte, not orange, and it smells good :p.
