So up until now, I've been using my fingers to apply foundation. But last week I decided to buy the Tarte Bamboo Airbrush foundation brush since it had such amazing reviews.

But honestly, I think I like how it looks better with my fingers. I don't see why they say it looks airbrushed, because when I used it I could SEE the makeup all over my face. It looked very cachey... powdery... just not well blended in. Like it was sitting on top.

It seemed to look better as the day went on though.

Am I just not using it right? Or is this how makeup is supposed to look at first until you let it wear off a little? I wear L'Oreal true match foundation by the way and I really like it so its not that.

I really want to like the brush :(

I use the brush and I love it, I used it to apply my BB Creme here. Did you Moisturize and primer before putting on the foundation? And what motions did you use to apply?

You look great!! Yes I do moisturize and prime. I did it in circular motions like the box said. Maybe I did too big of circles, or too fast? I don't know. Maybe I'm just looking too closely lol.

It looks good from a distance, just up close under my bathroom light...

Some lightening can tend to make you like powdery and all, try looking at it with natural light? I've never personally tried the brush but I am dying to.

Can you take a picture? And bathroom lights don't do anything for anyone ever.
