Pantene is suppose to be really bad for your hair.

I have used the Pantene repair and protect shampoo and conditioner and I loved it. And I asked my hair stylist about it cause I've heard bad reviews too and she said it's not bad for me personally. But it can be bad if you have certain body and hair types. But I haven't used the heat protectant.

Pantene and Herbal Essence products coat hair with wax, it acts like a coating that wouldn't do anything beneficial for hair and just sits on it. Normally people buy shampoo and conditioner to help their hair be healthy or address certain hair issues like thicken fine hair, make dry hair get some moisture etc., Pantene claims to do all that but in reality it does not. Since the wax will coat your hair it gives the appearance of fuller hair but the moment you use any other shampoo your hair is back to square one, with no problems addressed.
