Im thinking of getting my friend the Elf Everyday 48 color palette for christmas. Do they work well? It was only $5.00 for 48 colors so i sorta had to wonder! If not, an other makeup brands with cheaper eyeshadows that sell packages with a bunch of eyeshadows? My friend is only 14 but very into makeup and very good. My price limit is $4.00 but Im buying her other things as well (Tay swift album, babylips, nail polish, chocolate, hair stuff) thanks!

E.L.F is pretty good on my opinion. There is some inconsistency in the quality and color pay-off of the shadows, but I think the majority of the shadows are worth the money! (:

Yuck.

Every time I dealt with ELF shadows: fall-out, chalkiness/powderness, just... no.
