Hello beauties,
I got some teal liner yesterday and was wondering if you all think it would look okay on me? I have medium blue eyes and generally wear all neutral tones. I've been getting tired of my simple eye looks and want to spice it up a little. Any suggestions on how to rock the teal liner or other colors that look good with blue eyes?

I personally think you can rock whatever colours you want as long as you feel comfortable and confident! I use those as guidelines, not solid rules - makeup should be fun :)

Thanks Bryn I agree that there are no solid rules with makeup but I've always heard that blue eyed gals should steer clear of blue toned eye makeup. I just thought it was such a gorgeous color I had to buy it, lol!

Absolutely!! I prefer to blow out the lower lash line with more vibrant colors rather than applying to the lid.

Definitely don't be afraid to experiment! Everyone can wear every color in the rainbow if they wanted to! If one shade of blue doesn't look right, it doesn't necessarily rule out all blues. Play around n have fun!! Can even add a lil rust/orange color on the lids. Really makes blue eyes stand out = )

I too have medium blue turquoise eyes and always wear neutrals too. But two of my fav eyeliners are a rosy gold from urban decay and a soft gold bronze liners from UD, underground and scorch!! Love these. They will complement any shadow color you choose but when I want a bold color I grab their navy blue ( forgot name) and it gorgeous!!
