I have!! Omg I've seen so much hair loss
I've been doing my armpits and "down there" every two weeks and I've seen probably 70% hair loss on my armpits and like 60% down there haha
And I have black hair
I used to get like 5 o'clock shadow when I shaved but it's totally smooth now and it's made my hair thin and lighter and most of it gone
I've been using it probably 3 months

I have heard good things about the Tria but purchased a Me Smooth. The two devices are probably at a similar price point, but the Me works on any hair color and I have had a problem with that with other IPL machines/devices. That alone pretty much sold me. When you visit their site you'll learn more about the specific technology they use to get rid of hair. It is cool.
