Yesss this is for prom. I really have no idea what makeup to pair with this dress. I definitely want to incorporate white sparkly eyeshadow.

Any thoughts or suggestions!?

Hair will probably be half up, half down & off to the side, with wavy curls if that makes sense lol.

I personally think you shouldn't do too much sparkle on the eye because I think it would be too overwhelming. Maybe something like this but the right color of blue or maybe silver and also not too thick

I personally wouldn't do blue... I would go for maybe that whitish pearl silver color on the top of the dress
