My eye makeup always smudges!
I have taken a lot of advice - waterproof mascara and eyeliner, less mascara on bottom lashes, don't touch it when its done, try not to wet it... Many of them.

But I just somehow magically get raccoon eyes and I have no idea why. Maybe my eyelids are oilier than they should be? Is that the reason?

Sometimes its heavier than usual and I have noticed that Mega Plush is the one that gets less smudged. Is it the mascara?

I would try an eyelash and an eye primer. The oil might be making the makeup shift around throughout the day.

Put you darkest eye shadow on you eyelashes and around your eye and it will absorb the moisture and it won't smudge or bleed down you eyes.

It's most likely your mascara. When you put on the mascara, wiggle your brush side to side to get the clumps out and it prevents that from happening.
