I can never get my eyelashes to stay curled throughout the day, I've tried heating it up too. Any tips and tricks?

This is what I started doing and it holds mine better now. I use my tarte eyelash curler (curl in 3 places base, middle, tip), apply a dry formula mascara, & curl using my japonesque heated eyelash curler (ms. Jackies recommended using a dry mascara and heated lash curler).
