Help!! What pallets should I buy?

I have recently been looking for a good makeup palette but I can't seem to decide which one. I was looking for a good neutral one. I was looking into the too faced chocolate bar pallet and the lorac pro pallet. I don't want a urban decay naked pallet because I've heard they test on animals. I have greenish blue eyes. Thanks for your help!!
