I always put concealer there first as a primer so the shadow can stick to it, them I put concealer underneath the shadow so it doesn't bleed everywhere!

On a normal day I use my concealer to act as a primer like Dawn does but if I really need it to stay I just use eyeshadow primer.

You can mix tour eyeshadow with duraline from inglot. it'll help it stay longer.

Well for one thing you have to try your best not to rub your eyes during the day which is like not possible but ya. Also whatever primer I put on my lid, I also put under my lower lash line.

If that doesn't work you can always put an eyeliner on first close to the eyeshadow color and then set it with the eyeshadow.
