I personally wouldn't. I also don't think it'd make it any less damaging. I think it's kinda dangerous to mix all of that. I don't believe it would be any less damaging.

I don't know about your question, but just a heads up, the moderators are very strict about reposting the same question and especially with in such a short time. Mixing bleach with hair color won't be effective! It will just ruin the way the color turns out and deposits into your hair. If you want to dilute the bleach to make it less harsh mix it with about the same amount of shampoo and apply that. It's called a soap cap and it is a more gentle way to lighten your hair. It will take longer than regular bleaching.
