In a few weeks I have a school dance the theme is Hollywood how should I dress and make up and hair. I seriously have no clue so I'm open to a lot of suggestions.

Oh that was my schools dance theme too. You should do old Hollywood curls and a simple dress or you could go all out on the dress haha.
