I bought this skirt but I didn't even think about matching it with a shirt! Help, please.
I don't like crop tops though, and a white tank is see through, :(

Or even just a plain white to shirt, tucked in would be really cute

I think a white sleeveless blouse would like nice or even just a white v-neck.

If you are worried about undergarments under white tops just wear a nude colored bra n it's usually not as visible as white, black or other bright colors :)
