Any recommendations for a cream that will help with under eye puffiness? Or even tips to help disguise them with concealer?

Hi, Princess D!
The biggest question to ask here is: what is actually causing the area underneath your eyes to be puffy in the first place? Once you have the answer to that question, you can choose a more effective way to tackle this problem.

One common cause of puffiness can be plain old fluid retention. If you notice that the area beneath your eyes is especially swollen first thing in the morning, fluid retention might be your culprit. If that's the case, a little gentle massage or a cold compress after you wake-up might be all that you need to do to reduce their appearance. You might even try using one of those eye creams with a roller ball applicator and see if that helps. I'm sure Traci could recommend a good product.

However, there are some people who start getting "bags" under their eyes as part of natural changes to the padding around your eyes - what ophthalmologists call "orbital fat." If you happen to be one of these people, I'm afraid that there is not a single cream or at-home device that can help you with this. You can certainly learn how to minimize their appearance with makeup, but changes in orbital fat can only be significantly changed with surgery.

I agree with Elizabeth if it extra skin that can only be fixed with a surgery called Blepharoplasty ,but if it is just fluid you can do something called manual lymph drainage on it by using a little machine called a galvanic eye pen it's just a roller ball that stays cold and gives off galvanic pulses you put your eye serum inside,Or one made using sonic technology like the Clarisonic Opal ,you can try using Isomers one for eyes serum inside either device the Opal is pricey but the galvanic eye pen can be found on Amazon for a decent price
