I'm loosing my curls. I know it's because I do straighten my hair a lot more than I should. But I also love my curls. Anything I could do to get my curls back?

Try a trim and some mousse. Put mousse on when your hair is still damp

I use so many products and they do help my hair but I don't think I wana put mousse in my hair because most have alcohol in them :/ and I've gotten a trim about 2 weeks ago my hair is healthy and all it's just the curls 😩😞

Has your hair grown? I noticed that when curly hair gets longer it tends to lose its curl... When I was younger my hair was very curly but then it stared to grow and the top seemed to straighten out a bit.

To bring out your natural curls use a curl defining cream, I recommend the one by bedhead Tigi called foxy curls :-)

When your hair is damp put the cream in your hair and make 2-4 braids, take the braids out in the morning and tada!

Try laying off the heat completely as well :) I'm in the process of getting my curls back.

Lightly mist it with a hairspray and have days off where your hair doesn't feel the heat it'll really help the curls.

I had that issue some years ago because I used to always straighten my hair too. I haven't straightened it in over 2 years now. Really you just have to stop using heat & allow your hair to be as natural as possible. For styling products I recommend cantu leave in conditioner with flexible hold Aussie hairspray. Also try not to wash your hair daily & wear it down often. :) try not to dye it at all but if you must then go to a professional & no bleaching. That's what worked for me. :)

Get a haircut, whenever I notice a change in my hairs texture that's what I do. Also try oils in your hair, they will make the biggest difference. I use argan and maroccan oil.

I would say enjoy it! Sounds weird, but if you loose your curls because your style your hair very much, you should be happy that they are gone! And I understand you don't want them to be gone forever, but you don't have to worry, trim your hair and BAM the curls are back like they never even left for a second :P.
If you don't want them to leave, and you also don'g want to trim your hair, stop using heat for a while! Use once/twice a week a hairmask to make your hair completely healthy again. And then I know for sure that everything is going to be fine!
Hope I somehow helped!
