I have a serious question about setting I concealer. after setting your concealer with a loose translucent powder can I go back over my entire face with my all over setting powder. I would like to start doing a brightened loon under my eye I'm just not sure how to achieve it.

I understand that aspect. maybe I was a little confusing my main question is after you highlight under your eyes and set. when finishing the rest of your face would your ''re-powder under your eyes. lets say you do your makeup like this:
1 brows and and eye liner
2 foundation
3 under eye highlight
4 set under eye
5 at thispoint the rest of your face still needs to be set. what I am asking is if I put a translucent powder under my eye to set would it be okay to go over it with my all over face powder

I use NYC smooth skin loose powder under eye. And Mac's MSF in deep dark all over.
