You need a long handle body brush (The Body Shop sells a really good one), and a body wash especially made for acne prone skin, Peter Thomas Roth has one. If you see active acne or bumps, don't exfoliate, or you'll irritate the skin. Just use an acne free body wash with a body brush that would help you reach all areas of your back, wear loose fitting cotton clothing and shower twice a day.
