I prefer diy nails. I don't like to spend a lot of money to get acrylics when they only damage my nails in the end. I do my own acrylics rarely but more frequently then i go to the salon and have them done. Usually I paint my own nails and if i want to look fancy I will wear premade fake nails or nail stickers.

I've got short nails, so if I want to do a really cool DIY design I'll put them on but otherwise I never get manis - you can do so much stuff that's way cooler and cheaper yourself!

I used to go get them done at the salon until I was let go from my job and now a stay at home mom. I love DIY because its relaxing, saves you some money and you can create what you want. I only wish I had the massage chair at home!

I do my nails and toenails myself. But when i feel like my nails are in really bad condition and start peeling then i go get them done. I also get them done for special occasions

I get acrylics done probably once a month. $35 bucks, and they are professionally sculpted appose to $60 from the Asian place that glues on the tips. So worth it

DIY, always. You can make an at home manicure look profession. I go to the salon maybe once a year with a friend or to get a nice shape up.

i like to go all out, when it comes to pampering myself,so pro all day. i can do it myself bt y bother. its easier fr me to let the pros do it,plus with two kids,running around that's my perfect escape to paradise. a mani n pedi. oh yeah!
