Guys I'm so bad at messy buns I've got long hair it's not to thick and not thin but I really need help because I do gymnastics an my hair keeps getting in the way 😞so ang advice would be perf 😘👌

Try to flip your head and put it into like a ponytail but don't tie it. Start "rolling" it and it will start to form a bun and you help it. I can't really explain it but try it. My hair is like yours and it works.
