Severely Dry Lips!!!!

I live in central Alaska and for the first time since I've lived here my lips have gotten very very dry, iv tried making my own sugar scrub but it did not help. Is there a product out there to exfoliate my lips from all the dry skin and a really good lip moisturizer?

Lush has lip scrubs in different flavors for $8 I belive. And Vaseline should do the trick and I also really like Carmex
