Try using a salicylic cleanser like neutrogena deep clean cream cleanser once a day and cerave cleanser and moisturizer and a spot treatment of tee tree oil or a salicylic spot treatment

My face breaks out all the time but I get rid of it before the next day. Take a raw egg and only put the egg whites in a bowl. Beat it around with a fork until bubbles form. Smear some on your face and rip paper towel pieces and place it on the wet egg whites. Let dry and peel off. Pulls all oils and dirt out of pores! Just wash face before this process.
