How To Apply Liquid Eyeliner?

For some reason I can't ever apply liquid eyeliner. I don't know if it's just me, or the eyeliner tip. please help!

Try to use one with a very thin brush so you can slowly build up the line more precisely and it does take a ton of practice! Haha :)

I agree with Jessica just practice I started out by using a business card kind of like the spoon picture Megan put.
